139.09 ADMITTANCE AND EJECTION.

The Recreation Commission shall have the authority to refuse admission to or eject from the pool any and all persons who fail to qualify under the provisions of Section 139.03 through 139.13, or who do not obey the rules and regulations under which the pool shall be operated.
