139.13 COMMISSION AUTHORIZED TO DELEGATE AUTHORITY.

The Recreation Commission is authorized to delegate authority to the Director of Public Service, Pool Supervisor and other personnel to sell tickets, issue passes and do any and all things which shall be legal and proper to operate such swimming pool efficiently, for the benefit and enjoyment of the residents of this City.
