A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council of the City of North College Hill, Ohio, being marked and designated at “The International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC),” 2003 Edition as published by the International Code Council, Inc. (ICC), is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of North College Hill, in the State of Ohio; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and structures as herein provided; and hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 1321.02. Future editions of this Code are adopted as they are published, except for modifications as are presently designated herein and as may be further modified by the City in the future. All other ordinances adopted by the City of North College Hill remain in effect.
