(a) No truck, tractor, trailer or other commercial vehicle shall be parked on any residential premises in any R-District except in connection with the performance of work or services at residential premises or in connection with the delivery or loading of merchandise and other articles at residential premises, provided that nothing herein shall prevent the parking of such a vehicle in a fully enclosed garage, rear yard or side yard.

(b) The parking of motor vehicles in front yards in residence districts, except in driveways, is hereby prohibited.
(c) The parking or storage of boats, trailers or campers in front yards, including driveways, is hereby prohibited.
