Mobile homes and mobile home parks are expressly prohibited within the corporate limits of the City except that the resident of a lot may park one unoccupied mobile home in an accessory private garage or in a rear yard in any district, provided no living quarters are maintained or any business conducted in such mobile home while so parked or stored. No commercial trailer shall be parked in an R-District except during the actual period of use in connection with construction in such R - District.
