EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 13-1968, passed June 10, 1968, the City consented to include all of the territory within its corporate limits in Hamilton County Sewer District No. 1 thereby granting to Hamilton County the authority to construct, maintain and operate “main sewer works” within North College Hill. Ordinance 14-1968, passed June 10, 1968, authorized Hamilton County to proceed with the maintenance, repair and operation of any and all sewer improvements for local service within North College Hill.
