3-1-11: LOCATION OF ESTABLISHMENTS:

No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, kept for sale, displayed or advertised for sale at retail or delivered to any person purchasing the same at retail, except at a location, place, or premises described in a retail license duly issued by the local liquor control commissioner. (1977 Code § 5-1-9)
