A. Authority: The applicant, or the Plan Commission, or the Environmental and Health Commission may appeal the decision of the permit officer, including any failure to approve resulting from lack of action by the permit officer, to the Board of Trustees.
B. Hearing: Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the Board shall schedule and hold a public hearing, after giving the same notice thereof as required in the case of variations to the zoning ordinance.
C. Fee: The filing fee for such appeal shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00); provided, however, that said fee is waived for any appeal filed by the Plan Commission or the Environmental and Health Commission.
D. Decisions: The Board shall render a decision within thirty (30) days of the completion of the hearing. (1977 Code § 6-1-14; amd. 2004 Code; Ord. 1040, 6-28-2004; Ord. 1129, 12-17-2007)
