2-3-1: AGENCY ESTABLISHED:
There is established the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency of the Village pursuant to exhibit A attached to ordinance 896 on file in the office of the Village Clerk for public use and inspection. Said exhibit A shall be included within this code by this reference. (Ord. 896, 7-22-2002; amd. 2004 Code)
