5-1-4: OPERATION STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS:
All earth moving grading and grading operations not specifically exempted by the provisions of this chapter shall comply with the applicable standards and requirements set forth in chapter 5 of this title. (1977 Code § 6-1-4; amd. 2004 Code)
