(a) Any person or firm who violates Sections 909.04
; 909.09
; 909.10
; 909.11
; 909.12
; 909.13
; 909.14
; and 909.15
shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. Any person or firm convicted of a second offense committed within one year of the first offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (See Section 501.99
for Penalties)
(b) Any person or firm who violates any other section or provision of Chapter 909 not listed in subsection (a) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense. Any person or firm convicted of a second offense within one year of the first offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (See Section 501.99 for Penalties.)
