§ 155.002 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to further goals of Northampton County's Comprehensive Plan for the protection of productive farmland and associated forest lands, groundwater recharge areas and surface water, as a foundation for a strong rural community, a healthy environment and a thriving economy.
