All streets and roads shall have right-of-way widths equal to or greater than the widths shown in the attached Noblesville Standards. All new roads not specifically identified shall be classified as determined by the City Engineer using the definitions as set forth in the Noblesville Comprehensive Master Plan and Chapter 159 of this code. For a primary arterial, as designated by the Noblesville Thoroughfare Plan, the City Engineer may require additional right-of-way, up to 200 feet in total width.
