§ 117.02 ITINERANT MERCHANTS AND SOLICITORS; LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of itinerant merchant or in the business of solicitor, as defined in § 117.01, within the city, without first obtaining a license as hereinafter provided.
