§ 117.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this subchapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined in any amount of not less than $10 or more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person who violates any term or provision of §§ 117.20 through 117.41 shall be guilty of a Class B Local Ordinance Violation and shall be punished by a maximum fine of $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
