Any applicant who violates any terms of this chapter, in addition to the termination provision set out in § 114.07 above, shall be subject to a fine for a first offense of up to $1,000 and for any second or subsequent offenses up to $2,500. For the purpose of this chapter, each day of an offense shall be deemed a separate offense. Any driver who violates the terms and conditions of this chapter commits an infraction and may be fined up to $500 for the first offense and $1,000 for any second or subsequent offense. The above fines are in addition, and supplemental to, any penalties for violations of any Indiana statute.
