§ 114.07 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE FOR VIOLATION.
   Any applicant who violates, or permits a driver to violate, the terms and conditions of this chapter, shall be subject to the applicant's license being suspended by the Board of Public Works and Safety. Any notice of suspension shall be in writing and delivered in person to the applicant's address. The operator shall have the right to appeal the suspension to the Board of Public Works and Safety within ten days of the delivery of a written notice of suspension. The Board of Public Works shall hold a hearing on said appeal within 20 days of the written request for the appeal, unless an extension is requested and/or agreed to by the applicant. After the hearing, the Board shall issue written findings including the facts constituting a violation of this chapter. If the Board finds that a violation has occurred, the Board may suspend or terminate the license of the applicant.
