§ 151.04 TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAGE AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC.
   (A)   Traffic control signage for new development shall be in accordance with Chapter 159 of this code and the Noblesville Standards, and most recent version of the Indiana Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Street identification sign and traffic control proposals shall be submitted to the Traffic Committee for their review. The proposal shall identify the location of all traffic control devices and shall require approval by the Common Council, via recommendation from the Traffic Committee. All signage shall be placed within five days of placement of the traversable pavement material, such as binder asphalt or concrete pavement.
   (B)   Work within the public right-of-way and/or travel way shall have appropriate traffic control and be in accordance with INDOT Work Zone Safety Handbook.
