§ 71.03 SPEEDS FOR TRAINS.
   It shall be unlawful for any railroad or railroad company or corporation by its officers or agents to move, run or propel or cause to be moved, run or propelled any railroad vehicle locomotive cars or train at a greater rate of speed than ten miles per hour within the corporate limits of the city.
