§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Whoever violates §§ 131.01(A) or 131.07 shall be fined a sum not to exceed state law or imprisoned for a term not to exceed state law, or both.
      (2)   Whoever violates § 131.01(B) shall be fined a sum not to exceed state law or imprisoned for a term not to exceed state law, or both, and for a second offense shall be fined a sum not to exceed state law or imprisoned for a term not to exceed state law, or both.
      (3)   Whoever violates § 131.10 shall be fined a sum not to exceed state law or imprisoned for a term not to exceed state law, for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person shall be fined a sum not to exceed state law or imprisoned for a term not to exceed state law, or both.

   (C)   Whoever violates § 131.02 shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor if the person so kept, held, detained or restrained under § 131.02 is not a minor.

   (D)   Whoever violates this § 131.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor for the first offense unless the inmate referred to in this section is a minor.

   (E)   Whoever violates § 131.04 shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor unless the prostitute referred to in this section is a minor.
