§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Fine and imprisonment: jurisdiction. Whoever violates any rule or regulation set forth in §§ 94.01 to 94.10, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined an amount not to exceed state law or imprisoned for a term not to exceed state law, or both.
   (B)   State laws. The violation of any of these rules and regulations which also constitutes the violation of any state law may be prosecuted and punished as a violation of such state law rather than as a violation of these rules and regulations.
   (C)   Feeding ducks and geese. Whoever violates § 94.10 shall be fined an amount not to exceed state law, for a first offense. Thereafter, any person convicted of successive violations of this section shall be fined an amount not to exceed state law.
