For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES. Vehicles of a Fire Department or Police Department, ambulances, emergency vehicles of municipalities or counties and emergency vehicles.
DIRECTOR. The Recreation Director.
PARK. All properties and facilities controlled by or under the jurisdiction of the city, including playgrounds or school facilities being used as part of the city’s recreational program.
PERSON. Includes individuals and corporations.
POLICE. The law enforcement officers of the city.
THE CITY. The City of Nitro and/or the designees thereof as appointed by, and/or including, the Mayor or Council.
