SCHEDULE I. RESIDENTIAL PARKING.

   (A)   Residential parking only is hereby established on the following streets:

      (1)   Park Avenue from West 11th Street to West 15th Street;

      (2)   West 11th Street from Park Avenue to the Kanawha River;

      (3)   West 32th Street from Park Avenue to the Kanawha River;

      (4)   West 13th Street from Park Avenue to the Kanawha River;

      (5)   West 14th Street from Park Avenue to the Kanawha River; and

      (6)   West 15th Street from Park Avenue to the Kanawha River.

   (B)   “Residential Parking Only” signs will be erected and will be enforced on the above- referenced streets 24 hours a day.

   (C)   Whoever violates the “Residential Parking Only” parking restriction shall be fined an amount not to exceed state law for each offense.
