§ 70.119 HAND AND ARM SIGNALS.
   (A)   All signals herein required given by hand and arm shall be given from the left side of the vehicle in the following manner and such signals shall indicate as follows:
      (1)   Left turn: hand and arm extended horizontally;
      (2)   Right turn: hand and arm extended upward; and
      (3)   Stop or decrease speed: hand and arm extended downward.
   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of this § 70.119, shall, for a first offense thereof, be fined not more than $100; for a second such offense within one year thereafter, such person shall be fined an amount not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent offense, such person shall be fined an amount not more than $500. Court costs as determined by the court shall be added to each conviction.
