§ 38.057 AUTOMATIC UPDATING.
   Any amendments to W. Va. Code Chapter 11, Articles 9, 10, 15, 15A and 15B shall automatically apply to the sales and service or use tax imposed pursuant to this subchapter, to the extent applicable.
