§ 154.166 CREATION OF A LIEN TO PAY FOR DECONTAMINATION OR DEMOLISHING CONTAMINATED PROPERTY.
   The city shall follow the procedure provided in §§ 39.025 through 39.034 of this code of ordinances to file a lien against contaminated property that was either decontaminated or demolished.
