§ 34.083 RETIREMENT DISTRIBUTION PERIODS.
   As of the first distribution calendar year, any retirement distribution that is not paid as a lump-sum may be payable only over one of (or a combination of) the following periods:
   (A)   The life of the participant;
   (B)   The life of the participant and a designated beneficiary;
   (C)   A period certain not extending beyond the life expectancy of the participant; and
   (D)   A period certain not extending beyond the life expectancy of the participant and his or her designated beneficiary.
