The death distribution shall begin no later than the required beginning date (refer to the definition for “required beginning date” in § 34.081), and the entire account shall be distributed, in compliance with I.R.C. § 401(a)(9), over a period not to exceed 15 years and not extending beyond the life expectancy of the beneficiary.
