§ 32.046 EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS ARE DISCRETIONARY.
   This section applies only if employer contributions are permitted by the enabling statute. All employer contributions under this plan are discretionary and the employer contributions made (if any) for any year shall be as declared by each employer. All employer contributions shall be allocated as specified by the employer.
