§ 91.065 APPROPRIATIONS AND ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACTS.
   Contracts for the purchase of goods or services over a period exceeding one year are subject to the Board’s appropriation of funds. To the extent practicable, contracts or purchase orders shall not be assignable or sublet by the successful bidder without the prior, written authorization of the NIRC.
