§ 91.045 PUBLIC NOTICE.
   All invitations for bid or competitive solicitations, involving an amount in excess of the Simple Threshold identified in Ord. NIRC 19-01 (§ 90.001), shall be published, on the website or succeeding technology, at least ten business days prior to the requisite due date.
