Sec. 22-51. PROHIBITED; PRESUMPTION.

Any person who leaves a vehicle upon a public road under circumstances indicating an abandonment, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A vehicle left upon a public road for forty-eight (48) consecutive hours shall be presumed to be abandoned.
