§ 133.19 SMOKING IN BED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke in bed in the following designated places, to-wit:
   (A)   Hospitals;
   (B)   Hotels;
   (C)   Dormitories;
   (D)   Nursing homes;
   (E)   Rooming and lodging houses; or
   (F)   Other places of danger, designated at any time by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
