985.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 985.01 to 985.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and when convicted shall be fined a sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
