903.03 BOND AND INSURANCE.
   (a)   Before the permit as provided for in Section 903.01 shall be issued, the applicant shall post a performance bond with the City Manager in such amount and with such conditions as he deems appropriate.
   (b)   All firms, corporations, companies or individuals seeking the issuance of permits for the performance of any of services or work above set out shall, at the time before a permit is issued, furnish a liability insurance rider or policy of liability insurance, against personal liability and/or property damage, indemnifying the City against all loss as a result of their performance under such permit or permits in such amount and with such conditions as the City Manager deems appropriate.
   (c)   In the event an applicant or contractor fails to make the repairs within thirty days from the permit expiration date, the bonding company shall be expected to have the necessary work done. Failure of the bonding company to proceed within seven days of notice shall be cause for revocation of the permit of the applicant or contractor.
