Except as provided in § 134.05 of this chapter, no person shall enter into or be upon the premises of any city park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Any person found in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of at least $65, but not more than $625.
