The parks of the city will open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m. Exceptions for after hours’ use will be granted to Parks and Recreation Department scheduled or sponsored activities including, but not limited to, softball and baseball games played on the Department’s lighted diamonds. Individuals and groups may make application to the Parks and Recreation Director for a permit to be in the parks after hours.
