No person shall, in any park or playground within the city, do any of the following acts:
(A) Flowers. Pick or destroy any flowers or walk or run upon any flowerbeds;
(B) Littering. Litter or dump garbage or refuse in any park or playground;
(C) Trees and shrubs. Break or tear any limbs or branches from any tree or shrub;
(D) Molest animals or birds. Throw objects or missiles at any animal or bird, in or out of cages, or molest any bird or animal in any way;
(E) Signs. Tear down, mutilate, destroy or carry away any sign erected under the authority of the City Park Commission;
(F) Buildings and equipment. Tear down, mutilate, destroy or burn any building or shelter or equipment located in any park or playground;
(G) Vehicle parking. Park any vehicle in any area when and where parking is prohibited by this chapter or other ordinance, unless authorized by the City Park Commission;
(H) Use of drives. Drive any vehicle within any park or playground, except upon the designated streets, driveways and parking areas of such parks and playgrounds;
(I) Firearms. Carry or discharge firearms or weapons in any park or playground, unless authorized by the City Park Commission;
(J) Dogs. Bring, cause or permit any dog to enter into any park or playground unless such dog shall be on a leash or restricted by the owner or trainer;
(K) Horses. Ride any horse in any park or playground, except upon designated streets and bridle paths;
(L) Golf. Practice golf in any park or playground, with the exception of Westwood Golf Course;
(M) Fires. Build or aid and abet the building of any fire in any park or playground, except in stoves or fireplaces designed for such purposes unless granted authorization by the Park Commission;
(N) Commercial use. Be in possession of any park or playground for any public entertainment or commercial purpose without the consent in writing of the City Park Commission;
(O) Snowmobile or all-terrain vehicles. Drive or permit to be driven any snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle or motorcycle, except in designated parks or trails; and
(P) Use reserved building. Occupy any shelter house or building or recreation area which has been reserved for other persons through the provisions of this chapter, or to erect any reserved sign in any shelter house or building when no reservation has been obtained.
