§ 50.051 SANITARY DISPOSAL PROJECT.
   (A)   Designated. The sanitary landfill facility operated by the city is hereby designated as the official “public sanitary disposal project” for the disposal of solid waste produced or originating within the city.

   (B)   Private sanitary disposal project. No person may establish and operate a private sanitary disposal project within the city.
