(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of the provisions of § 50.005 of this chapter is a municipal infraction punishable upon conviction as set forth under § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances. A second or subsequent offense is an offense occurring any time after the requisite number of judgments have been entered against the offending party.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation who has an ownership interest in a multi-family dwelling and who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any terms or provisions of §§ 50.025 through 50.032 and 50.065 through 50.072 of this chapter or any regulation or requirement pursuant hereto and authorized hereby for the separation and collection of recyclable material shall be subject to a municipal infraction as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
