§ 35.13 PURCHASES FOR UTILITY, MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS.
   For purposes of purchases regarding utility bills, maintenance and/or repair expenses, the cap of $10,000 imposed by §§ 30.037 of this code of ordinances and 35.11 of this chapter shall be read as cap of $15,000.
