§ 35.11 CHANGE ORDERS AND CONTRACTS UP TO $10,000.
   Pursuant to § 30.036 of this chapter, the City Administrator, or the City Administrator’s designee, shall have the authority to execute any contract change order and any contract for the purchase of goods or services up to $10,000; except that, City Council approval is required for unbudgeted purchases over $10,000, and any such change order or contract shall bind and be obligatory upon the city. The aggregate dollar amount of all change orders executed by the City Administrator, or the City Administrator’s designee, with respect to any single contract shall not exceed the project’s total contract amount by more than 10%.
