(A) All garbage and trash shall be placed in watertight covered garbage containers which meet the approval of the Town of Newport and contractor. The containers shall not exceed 95 gallons capacity.
(B) All yard trimmings, and other trash which is not normally contained within such containers, must be bagged in an appropriate trash or yard bag, and may not exceed 65 pounds in total weight.
(C) If garbage containers become damaged to the extent that garbage or trash can leak out, the owner will be notified in writing to replace the container within seven days or garbage collection will be discontinued. If the container was provided by the contractor, it will be replaced promptly by the contractor.
