§ 33.19 INVESTIGATIONS INSTIGATED BY TOWN COUNCIL; TOWN MANAGER; ANY OTHER PERSON.
   (A)   The Town Council may direct the Town Attorney to investigate any apparent violation of this subchapter, as it applies to the Mayor, any member of the Town Council or Town Manager, and to report the findings of his or her investigation to the Town Council.
   (B)   The Town Manager may direct the Town Attorney to investigate any apparent violation of this subchapter as it applies to the Clerk or Tax Collector, and to report the findings of his or her investigation to the Town Manager.
   (C)   Any person who believes that a violation of this subchapter has occurred may file a complaint in writing with the Town Council when the Mayor, a member of the Town Council or Town Manager is the subject of the complaint, or with the Town Manager when the Clerk, Tax Collector or a department head is the subject of the complaint, who may thereafter proceed as provided in divisions (A) and (B) above.
