§ 32.17 EXEMPTIONS.

   This subchapter shall not apply to the following:

   (A)   Fire station truck bay areas;

   (B)   Public works wash bay area or any outside area of the public works facility and grounds;

   (C)   Water and Sewer Department’s designated outside areas;

   (D)   Any outside area of the Town Police Department as approved by the Chief of Police; and

   (E)   Any area designated by the Town Manager as an area where tobacco products can be used or consumed.
