§ 31.03 QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The reserve police officer shall be eligible to be sworn in as a law enforcement officer according to the State Criminal Justice Standards Division.
   (B)   The reserve police officer shall possess the same basic qualifications as a full-time police officer with the Town Police Department.
