§ 31.02 APPOINTMENT AND REMOVALS.

The Reserve Police Officer Division shall be under the direct control of the Chief of Police, acting under the general supervision of the Town Manager. The appointments and removals of officers of the Reserve Police Officer Division shall be as recommended by the Chief of Police to the Town Manager for approval/disapproval.
