§ 31.01 ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established within the Town Police Department, a division to be known as Reserve Police Officer Division. The Reserve Police Officer Division shall be a volunteer force within the Town Police Department, composed of no more six officers. The number may be increased upon a request from the Chief of Police and approval of the Town Manager.
