§ 130.03 CURFEW OF CHILDREN.
   It shall be unlawful for any person of less than 16 years of age to be on or upon any public street, alley, highway, right-of-way or thoroughfare from 11:00 p.m. on each Friday and Saturday night of every week until 6:00 a.m. the following morning, and between the hours of 10:00 p.m. on all other nights and 6:00 a.m. the following morning; provided, however, that this section shall not be applicable to such persons accompanied by and under the direction or control of a parent, guardian or person in loco parentis to such youth, provided such parent, guardian or person standing in loco parentis is at least 21 years of age, and provided further that this section shall not be applicable to youths under 16 years of age engaged in some lawful occupation or business in which such youth may properly be employed under the laws of the state and the United States of America.
