§ 113.65 AID TO INVESTIGATION.
   The holder of any certificate of convenience and necessity and the driver and operator of any vehicle who holds a permit from the town, upon being contacted by the Chief of Police or his or her designee investigating any accident, complaint or alleged violation of the provision of this chapter shall quickly respond to any inquiries made by the Chief of Police or his or her designee and report to the Police Department office of the town within 30 minutes after being requested to do so. The Chief of Police or his or her designee may allow additional time in his or her discretion if the holder of the certificate of convenience and necessity or the driver with a permit has a legitimate reason, in the opinion of the Chief of Police or his or her designee, as to why he or she cannot be at the Police Department within 30 minutes.
